TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IRAAYA WORLD / SHE-NOVA

These Terms and Conditions govern access and use of the website, mobile application, digital platform, events, meetings, membership services and related offerings of IRAAYA WORLD / SHE-NOVA, operated by SHENOVA ENTERPRISE NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing or using the platform, registering as a member, attending any meeting or event, or submitting information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About IRAAYA World

IRAAYA World is a networking, learning, growth and community platform intended to facilitate professional connections, business visibility, referrals, events, learning sessions and member engagement. It does not guarantee income, referrals, employment, investment returns or any specific commercial outcome.

2. Eligibility and Membership

Users must be adults, legally competent and engaged as entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners or authorised representatives. Users must provide true and updated information. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared without written approval.

3. Fees and Conduct

Membership, event and other fees shall be communicated by IRAAYA World and include applicable taxes. Payment once made is non-refundable unless specifically approved in writing. Users must maintain professional and respectful conduct and must not harass members, make false claims, misuse member data or act prejudicially to IRAAYA World.

4. Referrals, Content and Third Parties

Business interactions and referrals between members are strictly between the concerned parties. IRAAYA World is not responsible for third-party services, member dealings, losses or disputes. Names, logos, designs, content, training material, databases and brand material belong exclusively to IRAAYA World and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

5. Suspension, Liability and Indemnity

IRAAYA World may suspend or terminate access for breach, misconduct, false representation, non-payment or unauthorised activity. Users agree to indemnify IRAAYA World and its representatives against claims arising from their breach or misuse. IRAAYA World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, financial or data-related loss.

6. Governing Law and Contact
