REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs membership fees, event registrations, training fees and other payments made to IRAAYA WORLD / SHE-NOVA, operated by SHENOVA ENTERPRISE NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees paid to IRAAYA are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Events and Training

Fees paid towards events, workshops, networking meetings, training programmes or other activities are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise decided by IRAAYA.

3. Duplicate or Excess Payment

For a duplicate or excess payment caused by a technical or processing error, IRAAYA may, after verification, refund the excess amount to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4. Cancellation by IRAAYA

If IRAAYA cancels an event or programme for reasons solely attributable to IRAAYA, it may provide a full or partial refund, adjust the amount against a future activity, or offer an equivalent alternative.

5. Suspension or Termination

If membership is suspended or terminated due to breach of the Terms, Code of Conduct or any IRAAYA policy, no refund shall be payable.

6. Refund Request Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted by email within three (3) days from the date of payment, with payment details and supporting documents. Requests are reviewed case by case and IRAAYA’s decision is final and binding.
