REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all membership fees, event registrations, training fees and other payments made to IRAAYA WORLD / SHE-NOVA ("IRAAYA"), operated by SHENOVA ENTERPRISE NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to IRAAYA are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Event and Training Registration
Fees paid towards events, workshops, networking meetings, training programmes or any other activities organised by IRAAYA are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise decided by IRAAYA.
3. Duplicate or Excess Payment
In the event of any duplicate or excess payment due to a technical or processing error, IRAAYA shall, after verification, refund the excess amount to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.
4. Cancellation by IRAAYA
If any event, programme or activity is cancelled by IRAAYA due to reasons solely attributable to IRAAYA, it may, at its sole discretion:
• provide a full or partial refund;
• adjust the amount against a future event, programme or membership; or
• offer an equivalent alternative programme.
5. Suspension or Termination of Membership
Where a membership is suspended or terminated due to breach of the Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct or any policy of IRAAYA, no refund shall be payable.
6. Taxes and Transaction Charges
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges or other third-party transaction charges, wherever applicable, may be deducted from any amount approved for refund.
7. Refund Request Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted to IRAAYA by email within three (3) days from the date of payment, along with payment details and supporting documents, failing which the member shall not be entitled to any refund. IRAAYA may require such additional information or documents as it deems necessary for processing the refund request.
8. Final Decision
All refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, and the decision of IRAAYA shall be final and binding.
9. Amendment
IRAAYA reserves the right to amend, modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any revised Policy shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
